Returns and refunds

Our returns policy works alongside your rights under Australian Consumer Law because we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you change your mind, we’re happy to offer an exchange or refund if the items are returned within 7 days of delivery (30 days for Marketplace items), you provide proof of purchase, and the items are unused, undamaged, in their original packaging, and in saleable condition. We’ll also accept returns for faulty, unsafe, poor-quality, misleading, or unfit-for-purpose products, and we’ll refund the item’s price plus any shipping costs to your original payment method. A restocking fee of up to $100 may apply at our discretion.
